The Office of Student Life offers quarterly wellness sessions as part of its mission to support student wholeness. With the help of mental health professionals, Kellogg faculty, and students, our goal is to help each other tend to our mental health and explore the relationship between our mind and body.
Our free health and wellness programming includes support groups and talking circles, intro-to-therapy sessions, yoga, sound baths, reiki, breath classes, embodiment practices, as well as workshops on topics of mental health in graduate school. Invitations are sent out quarterly to all current students and can be found on CampusGroups.
