Research centers
Kellogg also has 17 research centers that support various areas of research, such as dispute resolution, family enterprise, global citizenship/social enterprise, healthcare, management science, marketing, strategy, and technology.
Several centers have financially supported Ph.D. students in their dissertation research.
In addition, Kellogg has close collaborations with Northwestern Institute on Complex Systems(NICO), a hub for research in complexity and data science in such areas as science, technology and human behavior, and the Buffett Institute for Global Affairs, which addresses critical global issues such as development economics, democratic political systems, and pressing global challenges confronting society. Kellogg faculty have “affiliated” and “faculty fellow” appointments at these institutes.
Northwestern Information Technology
Northwestern IT provides a wealth of resources for students and faculty for their computing and research needs.
Support ranges from general computer support, such as software, hardware, and network assess, to research computer resources that include high performance computing networks and servers, access to data and storage systems, and training.
