The Kellogg School of Management is a leader in Alumni Career & Professional Development and offers free career coaching to alumni of all Kellogg degree programs (Full Time, Evening & Weekend, Masters in Management and Executive MBA).

Last year, we scheduled more than 5,000 Alumni Career & Professional Development coaching appointments on a wide range of career management topics including:

Meet our career coaches

All of the Alumni Career & Professional Development coaches are closely tied to the school, having worked directly for Kellogg, earned their MBAs at Kellogg or worked in industry. Click on the coaches' names below to read their biographies and obtain their contact information.

Alumni may email only one of the Alumni Career & Professional Development coaches to schedule an appointment, and may work with that coach five hours per year. Over 95% of all appointments are conducted via phone, even for alumni outside of the U.S. Coaches typically book appointments two to three weeks in advance.

 

Michelle Awuku-Tatum is a Kellogg Alum and founder of myfactor Coaching & Consulting, a New York-based Executive and Leadership Development Coaching practice. She works with alum during various career stages to achieve meaningful goals and their desired impact.

Ann Browning coaches alumni on new career changes, covering topics such as self-assessment, resume and cover letter writing, LinkedIn profiles and interview preparation.

Aida was previously an Associate Director at the Career Management Center for the Kellogg School of Management, where she coached thousands of MBA students across a variety of industries and functions.

Karie Davis served as an Associate Director for Kellogg's Career Management Center from 2002-2007. Her specialties include search strategy creation, networking and changing careers.

Jill Fahlgren is a Kellogg alum and certified Executive Coach with a focus on career management and leadership development for emerging, established and executive leaders.

Eric Fridman is the founder of Fridman Associates, an executive coaching firm serving senior-level executives and board members.

Roxanne is the former Associate Dean for Corporate Partnerships and Career Management at the Kellogg School, and Associate Dean for Career & Leadership Development and Corporate Relations at NYU Stern.

Sarah is a leadership consultant and credentialed executive coach, and a Kellogg alum. She partners with clients throughout their careers to accelerate personal and professional performance.

Most recently, Stephanie served as Talent Director at General Mills delivering succession planning, talent and performance management, and organizational design services for the North American segment.
